Medico-legal Work

We investigate individual’s pre and post injury incidents to determine loss of earnings and impact on career prospects for road accident fund (RAF), medical negligence, injury on duty (IOD), and loss of support through:

  • Collating information from various sources i.e. other experts’ reports.
  • Use of psychometric assessments and interviews with clients
  • Interact with other experts, IOP in particular for joint minutes prior to court proceedings
  • Compile and submit a comprehensive expert report
  • Act as an Expert Witness in court when required.
